What counts as proof
Browser location, recorded only while a route is running and only with the crew member's consent. We check that the trail has at least 50% of the expected points (about one every 2 minutes), covers at least 60% of an assigned route or 30% of an assigned zone, and does not jump faster than a car.
Timestamped photos from the street and a running count of pieces handed out, with the position at the time of each count. Both feed the recap.
Each walker gets their own tracked code, so scans are attributed to a zone and a person. Bots are filtered out and the same device is not counted twice within 30 minutes.
A human reviews each shift. Proof that is partial or flagged is not approved without a written override, and you are charged only after review.
Who does the work
Every street team member comes from the Air Fresh Marketing vetted network, passes a background check and works as a W-2 employee of Air Fresh Marketing. Every booking you make becomes a work order there, and every new crew applicant becomes a talent application there. That is how shifts get filled without a marketplace of anonymous gig workers.
